I found this information in the FDA Approval History. The applicant is SANFOI AVENTIS as Marvell indicated. I'm not sure if other forms of this medication date back prior to 1993. And this only indicates an application for a new molecular entity, not an original formula. You may want to google "Lovenox FDA application." Or similar key words to do a more broad search.
