BP 50 is 2 mg Warfarin Sodium (Coumadin), an anticoagulant.

Where did you find the pill? If you found it in a young man's possession, I would say there is a good chance it is 50 mg stanazolol, otherwise known as winstrol. It is manufactured by Balkan pharmaceuticals out of Moldova.
