white round pill R59 - anxiety

so my friend hands me a pill one nite and of course I don't take anything I don't know what it is..but she said it was to calm me down... she says she takes it when she has anxiety... now I'm curious what she is taking and what she is handing me? It's a little round white pill with a symbol that looks like an R but more in cursive with 59 underneath. Does anyone know what this is?

Im a recovering drug attict and im here to tell u this drug is not a lot of concern its like a strong tylinal or IBprofin its never don eny thing for me so i realy wouldnt worry to much lol! your friend and u will be fine as long as u dont take a hand full or somthing stupid like that. anything can hert u if u take to much even childrens tylinal.
