I found three white, circular pills in my sister's room. They have no markings on them. I know this isn't much to go on, but if anyone has any information, please let me know. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure it's just some form of aspirin or acetaminophen or ibuprofen. It has no numbers or letters. It's round and white.
