What could this possibly be? The only thing I can think of is Ectasy but usually those are in round tablets. I can't find anything close to it with all the pill identifications on the web. Plain and simple white pill with one letter E, blank on other side. Emailing me is preferable if you know anything.

This is just a guess...
It could be an Extra Strength EXCEDRIN Caplet
contains Acetaminophen 250 mg, Aspirin 250 mg, and Caffeine 65 mg.
Described as Coated white caplet with "E" debossed on one side.
The EXCEDRIN MIGRAINE pills seem to be the same as above...
