Pill imprint S21 has been identified as Penicillin V potassium 500 mg.
Penicillin is used in the treatment of bacterial infection; strep throat; tonsillitis/pharyngitis; upper respiratory tract infection; syphilis, early (and more), and belongs to the drug class natural penicillins. There is no proven risk in humans during pregnancy.
Penicillin 500 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.

There's nothin ok the back it's white and round and on the front says G5
