I found a white, oblong pill that is imprinted. I believe it is E140... however the "E" is leaning forward & the bar in the middle of the E is not quite touching it. It may be a symbol instead of an E. Any help would be appreciated... thank you!

its a blueish gray/ off white oblong shaped pill with no imprint and only a line down the center of one side, can anyone tell me what this is?

On the one side it's like a triangle without the bottom with a P inside - I cant seem to find it in the search. Any ideas??
