i found an old bottle of pills and i'm not sure what they are... they are white, oblong/oval shaped,they have a V on one side and the number 4212 on the other

White oblong tablet imprinted V on one side and 4212 on the other side is 750 mg methocarbamol, a muscle relaxant.

The color could be off white or light peach or beige and is small and oblong. It has an I and 2.

does this sound familiar to anyone? There are 4 ridges or 'scores' on the ridged side. the tabled is fairly large, oval and is white. TIA.
