its a blueish gray/ off white oblong shaped pill with no imprint and only a line down the center of one side, can anyone tell me what this is?

it is white & oval/ oblong. i was told it was for sinus. also a white/oblong same size with imprint LH-12

I found half a white oblong pill and on it has a small z and looks like a line under it and nothing on the back. what is it?

On the one side it's like a triangle without the bottom with a P inside - I cant seem to find it in the search. Any ideas??
