Which pill is stronger? a 15 mg oxycodone (A 214, dk green) or 15mg roxicodone (V 48 11, lt green)?

They are basically equal originally. However, for reasons unknown, the 48-11 code with the v on the back are generally fresher therefor would be your best bet. I would just run a search on it to find that manufacturer. They do seem to be a good deal stronger. (The others are faded and very soft. Hope this helped.

What is this pill - with '214R' imprint?

Round light bluish gray, R on top of half line, 214 on bottom - all on one side. Nothing on the other side. Supposedly prescribed Roxicodone 15 mg.
