The link below has names of medicines which may be used to treat acne. I would not recommend isotretinoin as that is best used for severe acne. It's best for you to try the topical agents first. If these don't help then you may be able to consider oral agents.

Some medicines have reviews for them ... you could read these and see how useful they have been for other people. But everyone is different.
