10mg is the highest amount of hydrocodone available in the US. In these numbers, the first number represents the hydrocodone and the second number is the acetaminophen or Tylenol in the product. The only difference in these two drugs is the amount of acetaminophen in the product so I really doubt you would find a great deal of difference in the effectiveness of either one. In the US, hydrocodone is only available in combination with acetaminophen. It is not available by itself.
