Which is stronger... watson 540 or TP 10/300 and whats the difference? Dr wants 2 change me?

The watson 540 tablet is stronger. It contains 500mg of acetominophen and 10mg of hydrocodone.

The TP 10/300 (xodol) tablet contains 300mg of acetominophen and 10mg of hydrocodone.
