If you truly want precision, please ask a pharmacist, however the percocet number should read 10/325 or 10/500 the larger number indicating how much acetaminophen is in the pill, and the smaller number how much oxycodone is in them. Technically, there is the same number of grains of oxy in the percocet you listed as there is hydrocodone in the second pill, most people will say the percocet will relieve pain better than the hydrocdone.

and why is that one stronger? would 2 watson 749s equal 1 percocet 10/325??
