Which is stronger? CEPHALEXIN or BACTRIM?

They are both broad spectrum antibiotics. It would depend in what sort of infection you are treating as to which would be more effective.

Bactrim is probably the drug of choice, however bacterial resistance to Bactrim is on the increase and if this is the case then Cephalexin may be a better option.
Your doctor will be able to prescribe the most appropriate.
