Which is stronger a 500 mg percocet or a 750 mg vicodin?

The 500 and 750 refer to the amount of acetaminophen it has. The percocet (oxycodone) is stronger than vicodin (hydrocodone). You must mean 5mg oxy and 7.5mg hydro? 500 mg of oxycodone would stop your heart! But most would agree that oxy's are stronger and work better then the hydro.
