Tofranil probably works in several ways to help with bedwetting. One of the side effects of tricyclic antidepressants is relaxation of the bladder muscles (which keeps the bladder from contracting forcefully).
Tofranil seems better than Anafranil as this med is commonly prescribed for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in adults, teens, and children.
