Early liturature describing efficacy of the drugs in comparison, indicated that Stadol is more effective for males and Nubain for females, however Stadol has a hostility intensifying component, some found this component close too or actually overwheling when taken in high doses.
Stadol is also more difficult to regulate than Nubain because of its (nasal spray) method of delivery.
