Which is a stronger dose of benzodiazapine:xanax2mg. or temazepam 30mg.?

It depends on what you are looking for. Temazepam is a sleeping med and Xanax is for anxiety. It is hard to compare the two as they are each for different things. I guess you could say the temazepam is stronger because it is made to put you to sleep where Xanax is just to relax you and help you deal with anxiety better.
