Which diet pill is better,diethylpropion or phendimetrazine?

Diethylpropion for sure I have tried every diet pill on the market. Even took.phentermine and only lost ten lbs after 3 mos This medicine does not give me any side effects except dry mouth occasionially. Been on it 3 mos a dosage of 75 mg I have lost 20 lbs and I am in my late 40's so harder for me to lose.
So by far I would recommend this diet pill to anyone and have! Hope this helps.
