Whic is better for head congestion-zyrtec or singular?

If head congestion is due to nasal congestion caused by hayfever/allergy then Zyrtec may help. But if head congestion is a headache unrelated to allergy then neither Zyrtec nor Singulair will help.

if there is congestion and you are pretty sure the heache is from nasal congestion there are also many drugs which will also decongest this some have to be signed for at the pharmacy my doctor has a rule if its questionable try one drug and leave the other off then if it does not work (or things get better then you know which is doing what Zyrtc says it is for stuffy runny nose I hope along with what little I have said and Marvell that this has helped you Singular is for seasonal allergies and rhinitis and asthma
