The only place I have found this in Michigan is Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. I have not found a location in Florida. Thanks.

For Vancomycin check Eli Lilly Company as they did make it at one time. They could probably direct you.

You need to find a compounding pharmacist. The International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists (www.iacprx.org) has a compounding pharmacy locator by zip code, which is how I found three in my area. Good Luck!
