e US, however many diet clinics have medical drs who will evaluate you medically and you can get it through the diet clinic. They usually are named things like Medi-weight loss clinic, Physician's weight loss clinic, those names pretty much tell you they have a dr who will give you adipex or didrex to lose weight.

Here is a link for a US pharmacy that sells phentermine (Adipex). I can't guarantee the quality, but you don't have to have a prescription for this one.
