Any enteric coated 81mg "baby" aspirin is equivalent to the Saint Joseph brand. Kroger often carries Saint Joseph next to the other 81mg aspirins in the pain aisle of over-the-counter medications. There is no benefit to St. Joseph aspirin over any of the other 81 mg aspirin products, just make sure to get enteric coated 81mg if you have stomach problems with aspirin.
