I used to be able to get it at our local supermarket drug section under the brand name 4 Way, in a green box. Now it is nowhere to be found. If you know of a different brand name or where I can order it, please post!

It was a nasal spray which I used to treat a stuffy nose. I usually only needed to use it once a day for two-three days to help get over a bad stuffy nose. Now only the 4-Way in the red box exists and the one in the green box is nowhere to be found. It was incredibly effective. I originally bought some in Germany under the brand name Otriven at a homeopathic pharmacy. The main ingredient is xylometazoline hydrochloride vice the usual phenylephrine type meds. I'm wondering whether it was taken off the US market or is now prescription only because it was so effective. Thanks for any help!
Did it also contain menthol?

no, unfortunately that is not the right one. Thanks for your help though. I think it was pulled from the US market.
