Do you feel nauseous or is there stomach pain?
Stomach pain could be a sign that your dosage needs adjusting due to interactions between your medicines.

I forgot to mention importantly that nausea is a commonly reported side-effect of all 3 medicines and stomach pain is also associated with trileptal.
