Do you feel nauseous or is there stomach pain?
Stomach pain could be a sign that your dosage needs adjusting due to interactions between your medicines.
See http://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=1230-0,2245-0,1765-1129
In any case if these symptoms are continuing see your doctor.
