I started taking Trinessa for my acne, but since taking it, I seem to be breaking out worse. I've just completed my first pack of pills, and haven't seen a change in my acne. Is it supposed to get worse then better like a lot of acne medicine, or should I try something else?

Trinessa is not officially FDA approved for acne. Yaz, Ortho-Tri-Cyclen Lo, and Estrostep are the only three birth control pills approved. If your acne hasn't improved after an entire month, I'd go back to your doctor (OBGYN, or whoever prescribed Trinessa) and ask if you could try one of the three pills I mentioned above.
