sertraline at 4 pm , and propranolo at 7 pm . is it ok?
When two drugs have interaction, they have interaction only when they are taken at the same time?

There is a moderate interaction as long as the same doc has you on both meds then you should be ok i would say its best to take 1 in the morning and the other at night and keep all you doc appts so he or she can make sure everything is ok with your heart and all that,i hope this helps

I agree that as long as the same doctor knows you are on both medications, you should be ok. Probably taking one at 4 pm and one at 7 pm is fine, but if it wouldn't be too difficult, taking one in the morning and one in the evening might be better. It is mostly important to monitor yourself for chest pain (the side effect of the interaction) and call the doctor if you start feeling chest discomfort.

Hello hilarious: I like your handle ! Ok then , I would give a loud "Ayup"! to both the above answers. I take Atenolol25mg and Sertraline125mg, and I learned the hard way, both drugs are "Beta Blockers , taken 4 or more hrs. apart is ok. Something else I found out... I love orange juice, so I took My pills with O.J., a "no-no"! New studies = It ain't only Grapefruit juice now , it's also O.J. , Apple juice , most fruit juices. take all pills with a full glass of water... "y-u-u-k-k! Check it out ! I hope i'm wrong ! Sacosam

morning hilarious, I agree with all the answers posted already. My interactions are enough to put a rhino down! However, we are all different, so take everyones' advice and take the doses when you feel comfortable with them. Also make sure you report ANY unpleasant side effects to your dr. ASAP!
