When taking Doxepin for several years is it wise to discontinue the medication abruptly?

Never stop an antidepressant medicine without first talking to a doctor. Stopping an antidepressant medicine suddenly can cause other symptoms.

Dosages anywhere from 15-90mg but on average 80mg. Also time wise over two years of use.
