I have lowered my blood pressure through excersize and weight loss. My blood pressure is now 115 /70.
When stopping enalapril can I quit all at once or do I need to taper off from it?

It is generally recommended to seek the advice of a doc/pharmacist who prescribed the med either to start or before one starts to take a med.
It is indeed good that you managed to control your blood pressure with exercise & weight loss, but would still recommend to seek medical advice, be well & safe!
