Hello judyjones. I would take it in the evening, or close to bedtime since its recommened that you not take Eskalith if you're going to be out and about. It causes you to be possibly drowsy as well as dizzy. Aso may cause your eye sight to become blurred, so no activity that requires you to be alert or where you need to have clear vision is recommened. Hope the drug does help you.
