When is it best to time of day to take Cerefolin, in the morning or evening or does it matter?

It doesn't matter what time you take Cerefolin - just try to take it at the same time each day. I find it easier to take multivitamins with breakfast - then you don't forget, and even if you do you can take that dose during the day. If you take it later in the day or in the evening and you forget, you just miss that days dose.
