When I give the Genotropin Miniquick Shots, there are times when I can't get the plunger down?

Make sure when you dial in your dose that you are clicked into the 12 o'clock, 9 o'clock, 3 o'clock or 6 o'clock position with the white dash on the plunger. My son takes Genotropin and I've noticed if the white dash on the plunger is not clicked into those positions after I dial in his dose I cant push the plunger down, like you said, it's like it is locked. He gets angry with me if I have to stick him again so I've learned to check every time to make sure that dash is in those positions and I squeeze the plunger down enough to know it is unlocked without squeezing far enough to give a dose. Next time it feels locked check the position of the white dash on the plunger and I'll bet it is not in one of those positions I mentioned!
