Warts are caused by a virus and sometimes you could everything but it wont go away. Like all viruses they may one day wear out it's life ... but unfortunately we can't put a time on the virus that causes warts. So for some people it may go away in a few months, for some in a year or so.
It's really hard to tell. All the best.
