What's the differents beween Hyoscyamine SR & Hyoscyamine ER?

Virtually nothing. SR stands for sustained release and ER stands for extended release. They are both formulated in such a way so that once swallowed, a controlled small amount of the drug, is released from the tablet into the body continually, over a period of time.
