They are both strong medicines, as for the muscle relaxer it is very good and maybe better to take at times for muscle aches and (muscle) pain. The percocet is stong for the "other" kinds of pains. I have a severe neck injury and although I take my pain pills most of the time I do break down and take my muscle relaxer because the pain medicine is just not cuttin it for my muscle pain.
