Whats better for a herniated disk, tramadol #90 or ultram ER?

Uhm, i dont know what you mean "tramadol #90" but tramadol and ultram are the same thing. I believe ultram er comes in 100 200 and 300mgs. I know that the non ER versions dont come in that high of a dose though, so id say ER would be the way to go

Tramadol, Ultram, same thing really... but, for herniated disk, something with continuous pain, Ultram ER (Extended Release) would make more sense, and it's my understanding as well, that it works a bit better vs. the regular variety. I don't take the ER, and may ask my doc to switch me over for my Fibromyalgia. Good luck!!
