I am tested 3x a week for drug court. I have had no problems until they recently started sending our urine to the lab instead of dip sticking it. Since the lab testing began I have come back positive for alcohol and havent drank a drop. This could cause me major problems as in time in the pen! Luckily my P.O believes the test is incorrect. But Im baffled as to what is causing this. Also since the lab has for some crazy reason been discarding all positive specimens Im at a loss as to how to even fight this inaccuracy. I need suggestions please

Please demand another test! These tests seem to cause so many false positives, there are so many questions here about false positives that it makes one wonder how the labs are even in business.
I don't know much about drug and alcohol testing, but perhaps a hair follicle test would be more accurate?
Good luck, hope it all turns out in your favour, let us know what happens please?

Have them do a blood test. Blood testing is more accurate for alcohol. There are alcohols in many foods. Some salad dressings use red wine vinegar, chewing gum has sugar alcohols, liquid cough medicines can have alcohol in it. A blood test should show if the alcohol in your system shows intoxication.
