What would be an approporiate dosage of Narcan for 20yr old male approximate 150lbs?

To treat opiod overdosage the dose is: 0.4 - 2mg by iv injection repeated at intervals of 2 to 3 minutes to a max of 10mg. (For SC or IM routes use the same dose but only if IV route not feasible, onset will be slower)
