Yes, sorry this has taken so long for members to answer. Answers are usually alot quicker here.
Most over the counter sleep aids contain either diphenhydramine (Benadryl) or doxylamine. (Alldex AN, Nytol Maximum Strength, Unisom)
Both products should be avoided in patients taking Aricept because they have opposing effects.

Talk with your pharmacist though. He /she may be able to suggest a herbal product. Alternatively talk with your doctor.
