What will happen if you go off the rebif yourself?

Rebif (Interferon beta-1a )is used to treat the relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS). This medicine will not cure MS, but it may slow some disabling effects and decrease the number of relapses of the disease.

By stopping this medicine yourself you risk relapse of MS and its disabling effects.

You should discuss this with your doctor.
