my face was actually not that bad and i had very very few blemishes. will my face go back to the way it was before?

It's difficult to say what will happen when you stop using Tazorac. How long have you used Tazorac for?
There is a possibility that you will have a bit of acne again or if you are lucky then you won't have any acne.
