What type of cold medicine can I take if under accutane treatment? cough medicine?
Is it safe to just buy over the counter cough medicine?

I have been sick twice while on Accutane and I took over the counter cough medicine, Nyquil, Theraflu etc. I cleared it with my derm and he told me no cold medicine will interfere or is unsafe to mix with accutane. I had to take some antibiotics too for a cold and both derm and pharmicist confirmed it was safe. Hope this helps :)
