I am retired and have become a night owl staying up to around 3-4 AM and sleeping untill around 11 AM. I test my sugar before bed time and it is usually around 165. In addition to Jannuvia I take 10mg glyberide with brunch around 11:30 AM and another 10 mg around 5 PM with supper. Sometimes when my blood sugar tests high (165) before I go to bed around 4 AM I take 5 mg of gluberide to make it lower when I wake up around 11AM. Does anyone have suggestions how to keep my blood sugar lower at bedtime and when I wakeup ???
