What the uses of cyanocobalamin and we can used it in Diabtic Perpheral Neuropathy?

as far as i know cyanocobalamin is use to treat vitamin B12 deficiency, I take these shots once a month because i had a gastric bypass but i have not heard of it for the treatment of anything else

I id some reasearch on this and it is said to be believed that being b12 deficient can cause periphial nuropathy. This is what they are trying to prove anyway.
