What does Prednisone deplete from you body?

Supplements are only really of benefit if you are prescribed prednisone long term.
Prednisone can cause calcium loss and promote the development of osteoporosis so a calcium and vitamin D supplement could be helpful.
Prednisone also makes you more susceptible to illnesses, especially if you take it for an extended period of time so an "immune system booster" supplement may be beneficial.
