I feel sicki take meds for hypertension and diabetes should there be any problems ? might it help? i've never taken alka seltzer, what is it really good for?
What side effects can one expect if taking alka seltzer only one time should it help my stomach?

If it's just regular Alka-Seltzer Effervescent Tablets then common side effects include: Heartburn; nausea; upset stomach.
Severe side effects include: Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); bloody or black stools; confusion; diarrhea; dizziness; drowsiness; hearing loss; ringing in the ears; severe stomach pain; unusual bruising; vomiting.
