What's the difference between Adderall and Adderall XR?

Adderall XR is extended release tablets; their effects are the same as Adderall, but the effects last longer in the body thereby requiring you to take them less often.

Nate,
adderall IR works more faster and will not last as long,meaning you will need more thru the day,but sometimes the XR will not work as good.So it works different on each person
