Hi feelinawful,
If you google The Thomas Recipe it will provide you with a list of over the counter meds you'll need while in WD. Pretty sure Immodium, Benadryl, Ibuprofen are on there, just to name a few.
I have been in your shoes and can empathize with you! Just know that it gets better as time goes on.
If you add more info to your question, as in how many were you taking, and for how long, we can better help you.
