DURACEF (cefadroxil monohydrate) is contra-indicated in patients with known allergy to the cephalosporin group of antibiotics (and vice versa I assume).
Since Cefaclor is a cephalosporin antibiotic I would not give it to this child as he is allergic to Duracef.
